Not sure I follow Druidic. Googling the Hungarian elections due in April, I keep coming up with the fact that Jobbik, a far-right xenophobic and anti-semitic party, are expected to get up to 20% of the votes/seats. But nobody in the articles I read is suggesting they will form government.

For sure, there will be a swing to the right (happening worldwide at the moment) as the current socialist government has managed to put Hungary into the economic basket-case category. But perhaps a more right-of-centre government could be good thing for the economy?

I'm no political analyst, but it is the extreme left-wing governments like that of Peru that are a worry for foreign investors - they might have all assets seized! But right-wing powers generally don't tend to do that, especially if they actually NEED foreign investment to boost the failing economy.

I'm pretty sure that the management of WHE would have all eyes on the ball here, and if palms need to be greased, then they will be (I didn't say that...! ;) )
