let's begin the frantic guessing hahaso theyve got plenty of cash currently. This has to be either because the Gov loan isn't looking promising, or the CAPEX costs covered in the BAM are much greater than expected.When we raised at 27c I believe the SP was 32c or so, so we can imagine this CR to be at a very similar price.
edit: I do believe the use of the word "initiative" hints at not your average CR. could be via existing holder or an equity stake.
