Has to be someone like POSCO buying a decent stake, probably not at a discount either, cannot see any other reason for a raise with so much cash at hand and the Government loan facility, if it were to be a standard CR type then serious questions would need to be asked re the timing at the current sp with so much time up our sleeve, it is not like the company needs any cash for quite sometime either…..the more I think of it…..POSCO…..10% stake , outside chance Twiggy.
Being in the box seat I cannot see why there would be a discounted price either.
