Well...maybe some are... but some aren't.
In addition to WGO, I am also a STX shareholder, but I think STX should have come up with an offer that worked for WGO and STX a long time ago rather than having to go through this now. Poorly executed by STX over a number of years in my view.
Still, arguably better late than never.
