hasnt yet had a chance? that first JCap update was like 3 weeks ago, they havent refuted the claim because theres nothing to refute, LKE DID mislead investors by using more certain terms and saying in a report that the UK export credit agency had praised them on their ESG when in reality they hadn't said anything and lake had just applied for credit, this is all fact, if you want to refute their claims then go find your own evidence, cant just call it all lies because you dont like hearing it
