The GBR price always drops on a good announcement.
In the good old days the announcements GBR has dropped over the last year would have seen the price jump at least 20c on every announcement!
I suspect all the good news we've accumulated is sitting dormant as it's clearly not reflected in our current share price. When the planets align for us (and they will) this thing will boom reflecting all the good results and announcements we've been accumulating.
As always patience is the key here...our time will come.
