I do not disagree with anything you say regarding potential that the company has prospect wise.

However I can tell you, from many years of employing people and seeing how business works, that unless the leader is the right man for the job with the ambition and drive, then the company will always be just a company with potential.

You only need to look at countries around the world to see that many are incredibly wealthy with resources yet never achieve anything.
Peru pops to mind here.
This is because of their leadership and political system.

The people at the top have no drive, or in fact any idea, what it takes to get the desired results.

When people become convinced that it is bad luck, or that others are working against the country, then people rally behind their government believing that the world is against them and that there is an enemy at the gate.

We see this all the time with regards to the US.

There are several shows on interviewing people in Russia and to them nothing is Putin's fault only that the US are doing it to them.
The fact that they have an incredibly rich country, with every known mineral resource, never seems to occur to them. They just believe they are poor because the US makes them so.

I digress, but my point is Inca is like Russia, has it all, but never does anything positive with it.

Grubarura, you have always had a tendency to change your opinion on any number of subjects regarding Inca.
One day you support one side of a theory, and the next thing it is as if you have had a talk with someone who has totally changed your mind, whether it is on voting at the AGM, or some other subject.
