fully agree,
if MEO management were this vague or non-committal in their negotiations with Farm-in and other JV partners no wonder expectations were mis-aligned. There does appear to be a clear pattern of MEO getting things is states wrong or at least badly mis-timed.
You can only do this for so long before people label you a SH!T talker.
I hope MEO (Jurgen) read this because thats what a lot of people are thinking about you right now!
