I reiterate the belief that there was some sort od takeover agreed to by management.
plan was to short the shit out of it to crack retail and enable + profit from the takeover.
didn't really work so takeover is canned and management is left with a horrible SP and the realisation they have to actually grow this company.
nobody has lost more than ian gandel this past year in asm! And he's still stumping up cash
