- In Q1 2019 AVZ relinquishes 4 of its 7 Tenements back to the Government - In April 2019 Guy Loando leaves the Company as he was elected as a Senator in the DRC - In June 2019 Dathomir (Simon Cong) agrees to sell a percentage of its project ownership to AVZ for pretty much a bag of peanuts - At Some stage after this the DRC Government handballs the relinquished tenements to a group of entities comprised of: 60% Hong Kong Excellen Mining Investment Co Ltd (Links to Simon Cong) + 30% Cominere SA + 10% Guy Loando (Whilst he is a sitting Senator in the DRC Government)
