All looks normal to me.
Looks like we had a wave of covid deaths in January, about 500 people, big whoop.
Then playing catch-up from the country returning to normal after grannies coming out of their hidey hole and finally succumbing to the flu that was going to kill them anyhow.
Are you suggesting the excess deaths are due to the jab? Cos I don't see that.
