Dear Tau @Taurisk, I loved that video. When she said something like God has given us all the plants that we need to cure us, I almost cheered!
What she refers to as Southern Wood, I know as Artemisia. We had plenty growing at the farm, I shall buy a low growing one for here and keep it in a pot as it spreads so vigorously. Then investigate the cures.
Rosemary can be rooted from cuttings, I would normally put about 6 around the edge of a pot and at least one would grow, I find the taste to be rather strong for cooking, but will also investigate it for health benefits.
The plants which she wrapped around her wounds, were simply geranium leaves. You have inspired me to start my herb growing again next year. Thank you.
I also need a new bay plant as I killed mine, it is the perfect deterrent against pantry moths, may take a season, but we have never had a problem since I started putting dried leaves in my cupboards also under the sofas to deter cockroaches. xxx
