    Products are in growth phase..patents still in place till late 30s.. annovera launched just 2-3 years ago..

    TMD had cost issues..similar to Mayne for nextstellis. if Mayne can generate similar or higher revenue for TMD portfolio with incremental cost of $20m (which is what they have indicated), this will deliver around $30-$40m in EBITDA annualised.
