The neccessary paperwork - in essence is simpky a change of the raise price - it for the most part is a cvopy and paste of the previous applicaiton with a few addtions. As for being grateful - why? Shareholders remain locked in being unable to access capital with no certainty given w.r.t a relist (as stated in a recent company announcement). By all means, correct me if I'm wrong!
