this will drag on into 2024. which in itself is a massive concern cause AVZ will be delisted in may that yr. I'm starting to wonder wether the Chinese etc know they will not win but are dragging this out till the elections in 12months. u never know what dirt files they could have on current govt officials. all they need is the corrupt Kabila govt back in and they will not give 2 farks about foreign investment or the plight of their people it will be China China China, and AVZ will be gone. there is no way I would of invested in AVZ just over 12 months ago if I knew what was going on, of which the board did, but did not notify holders .the board can bang on about frivolous claims etc but this is going from bad to worse in regards to coming out of suspension it also shows that the roadshow was nothing more than hot air to appease major holders before the AGM
