in watso's youth, he worked through the goldfields, pilbara, and the kimberlies. not sure why, but it was only in the kimberlies, that watso noticed camps (or settlements), that were attached to stations... - and they were shocking places to live (basically, tin humpies - but then again, that is probably better than the way that they lived for the previous 10,000 years). ok - in wiluna, watso did chat with "stockmen" in the hotel. watso is not too sure, where they lived - but there were some settlements in the district
the points, that you make, gz, are most valid - but at the same time, how can a nation have two sets of rules - particularly, when "refugees" who come from impoverished countries, come here, and get full entitlements to the welfare system
