My conspiracy theory - for what its worth.
a major seller has annoyed the BOD by selling all their shares on market - and ignoring any attempt to do any bulk transfers.
RAC BOD - are taking their time with all the blockbuster news until the major seller has only a minimal amount of shares.
therefore not rewarding the major seller when the price goes to the moon!!
