My views
As much as the company would like to stay in suspension, I doubt the ASX will let them stay there for too long.
May be able to string it out for a couple more days, but this is not a TPI situation[which purported to be about ongoing commercial negotiations, and the exchange, quite rightly took a lot of flack for that, and they were a lot harsher on companies afterwards, BBI being a classic example of one forced back onto the boards when they would have loved to stay off for an extended period].
As per my previous post, it would be nice if there could at least be indications of timing,and further info on what the epa is really after, but that should only take a day or 2.
For the exchange to allow much more than that, would leave them open to manipulation by any company wanting to hide.
It will be interesting to see who's right on this technical argument.
