    only when your pushing warez that are over valued and ready to pop.

    If property wasnt so over valued, then yes sure. but when you trying to encourage people into it, totally misleading them then yes it is sinister.

    Seriously, this guy who started this thread he is 19. he is going to run at a loss for the first few years as he only has a tiny deposit, and then what if the bubble bursts on him. he has no way of exiting the investment without taking a big loss. what if his tenant doesnt pay - you cant kick them out if they are in financial distress, he is not in a financial position to support this kind of investment yet. let alone taking the extra risks of this current economy and over priced housing.

    if it was 1999 and with benifit of hind sight then sure, but its not 1999, the bubble is over. you are not going to see gains like you did last decade for the rest of your life time!
