Hi JS, worth having a look at the recent IMU’s recent raise to validate ours. They had circa 90m on board burning 12m qtr roughly when they raised 80m with options I d argue are less favourable than ours. (A March 2026 date at 33c) They are a billion dollar plus company. Same guys (SIG) backed theirs by the looks. My point is they did a very similar deal to us. So my thoughts are we did very well to get a raise done at similar terms to IMU. Paul Hopper is held in huge regard in Biotech land so I think it speaks volumes for the deal Joel and the team did.
