Hi Andy, The lack of communication with shareholders is disgraceful imo They have not even had thoughtfulness to give us much information from the AGM other than the voting figures. I have holdings in companies with MCs as low as $5m and they have the courtesy to provide information from their AGMs. Surely Luke and Adrian would have presented reports at the AGM. I am sorry to have to say that it looks to me as if EVR is being run by very inexperienced and what also appears to be incompetent management who don't even seem to know their obligations.
I hope that they can turn things around and prove me wrong but I am not very hopeful at present but I do intend to hold and see what happens. They have created the hole that we are in and they need to start doing what is required to get us back on track imo. Time will judge their ability and it is running out! IMHO And please DYOR.
