BGL has completed the feasibility process and RXL is just starting but now has the funds to progress to a DFS
BGL valuation is $1.2B against RXL's $30.3m.
It's possible that Rox will also come roaring back, today the share price at close was lower than the Bollinger Bands and the Price Channel.
