Lots of talk about not being able to kick them out?

If I was a taxi driver and one day people didnt pay for a service I provided. I would be furiated!! I would kick them out of the taxi and report them to the police.
Same if people arn't paying rent/smashing the joint.

Other option is, is that i buy a place in the West. live in one of the bedrooms and rent out the living room to some uni student for $85 a week incl. water electricity. i.e put a bed in there (you can usually pay 90-270 for a 1 bedroom unit depending on location in sydney)

So that way if i had $480 from work (assuming no increase), and $85 from this uni guy I would have $565 a week. If i spent all my money on paying of the loan/interest, $max 50 on food a week(live off noodles/cheap vietnamese food or something), and 24$ on train. maybe $10 on goon or something every now and then lol I may be able to pay off the place in 5yrs (wage would go up conciderably with more experience)

    Any thoughts??
