yeh true prob more like 150 i could get now that i think about including electricity.water and a bed. but this guy will be sleeping next to a kitchen probs no doors? guess it dosnt matter.
I may seem paranoid, its just atm i have the opportunity to get started early with owning a home and then onto other investments, it seems a waist if i spend all my money/ or lose it all with risky shares on the ASX. And if for example the unit price plummeted by 70% (to be drastic) , i would still have another 50-60 years left to start again ? not like most people who may only have 15-50years left to get into the property market till they die
