moon, there is multiple investigations going on into Trumps crimes and while many just wnt to see him indicted I understand that procecutors what to have a strong case and anticipate what the defense might do
I am on record saying DA in Georgia may indict Trump before year end but investigations where put on hold leading to the mid terms so may not happen till next year

Never expected DoJ investigation into Trump trying to overturn the election result would come this year, it quite complex and many people face indictments on that, of course Trump is the main one.
So moon while you can say Trump has not been indicted, until these investigation are completely closed off you can't say Trump will not be indicted.
