uh oh - extension to offer... cant raise the funds. so much for being over subscribed.

those 1:2 options dont inspire confidence... a 20c price target in 3 years. We hit 40c last year and 20c 6months ago.
also why raise now before the half year report is out?
if revenue guidance is so good, and constantly reinforced, why not wait a month or two and raise after the $$$ are confirmed on the balance sheet
