Lol I have made this way too complicated. I think today I learned my lesson. Which is sad because I like typing a lot.
A man and a woman have sex and a pregnancy results.
Case 1 : He wants to keep it, she doesn't. She aborts without his knowledge, pretends it was a miscarriage. No crime. No foul.
Case 2: She wants to keep it, he doesn't. He puts plan B in her tea until she miscarries. Is this a crime? Is there some wrong?
You can't have your cake and eat it. If, up to any arbitrary gestational period, a woman can "choose to end the pregnancy", it is a free for all against that clump of cells.
