Fair call regarding Management not being novices @LiverpoolOne. Sure they have had some success with other people around them. I for one have openly commented that Management at this end of the market (Micro/Small Caps) are usually pretty average.
I can tell that you truly believe in EVR Management and that is great.
For non-novice Management they have effectively destroyed the share price of this Co. Unless there is some price sensitive news that can appreciate the share price then EVR will Capital Raise at a level that will make existing holders cry.
In a phone call, @Aliasdavejay said that Chairman was shocked that EVR's previous price sensitive announcements haven't been able to stabilize the share price. That to me is a pretty naive comment and has obviously been proven wrong.
I stand by what I said, if the was enough volume to get out I wouldn't be here. There is trapped holders all the way back into the 4c region. There is probably ridiculously cheap Capital Raises in the future. There is apparently a lack of Price Sensitive Announcements on the horizon to move the share price. There is questions as to EVR Management's performance so far (even by the open supporters of Management).
