You realize most of his pay was through Options and they are performance based right? Just like any other person if they get a bonus based on KPI's fulfilled. The fact that you don't hold just shows us that your commentary is of no value. Let me guess? You held (or hold) DCN and are disgruntled so you feel the need to talk c*** about GMD to make yourself feel better about the whole situation?
