Great find, before the skywater deal it was proposed that tower would be the first fab to sign on given the history of the board. I think being bought out by intel did have an effect on that, something I got a hint of from Coby in one of his interviews.
On a side note, when Coby stated a 'household name' that might imply a household name in Israel.
