ICIOA have a strike price of $0.22, so they'll all expire. they're worthless. whereas the ICIOBs should all be exercised as their strike is $0.025, thus they're truly in the money.

if the holders of the 15,444,349 ICIOBs exercise their rights, it equates to dilution of just 1.16%, & the company will bank cash of $368,108. i wouldn't consider that big dilution. also, i don't think there's a correlation to these options being exercised or not & the SBB program. for example, wouldn't it be better if SP was >$0.22 & the ICIOA were also in the money & exercised. if that was the case, the company would bank additional cash of $9,999,691 (0.22 x 45,453,143), with not that much dilution in return. just my opinion.
