That’s a great summary of (some of) the advantages of CPP therapy. (Another one is: little to no immune system aggravation as with viral vectors.) I think it will be a long, long time before the therapy tackles more complex genetic disorders. As for cancer….that’s several orders of magnitude more complex due to the numerous ways cancer can act. Even within the individual “cancer” can be heterogeneous. Samples from different tissues can yield genetic differences. Even samples from the same tumour! It may prove a mountain too high.
In the meantime, I’ll be glad if they can just mail RP11.
