Okay. This is the lay of the land as I see it.

1/ We have $3.4M in cash as of last Quarterly. $3.4M divided by $.673M per (Qtr just to keep the lights on/no exploration & evaluation costs from investing activities) = 5.07 Qtrs on Cash Reserves (JUST TO KEEP THE LIGHTS ON).

2/ We have a $10M Mint Finance Facility which seems to be inaccessible at the moment. I think the floor price is $0.04 per share not $0.03 per share. Unless I am misreading the agreement.

3/ We have 10M Shares in BMM. 10M Shares x $.30 = $3M. There is currently less than 750K in the Buy Stack. I would strongly suggest that these shares not be treated as a possible near term CASH solution. To covert these shares into cash we either need to find a willing buyer at a decent price, we drip them very slowly into the market or we start dumping them and destroy the BMM Share Price (both these last two options will also cause a continual lower sale price of these shares for EVR).

So by my calculations we can reasonably assume we have 5.07 Qtrs CASH not the 8.72 Qtrs that are stated in the Quarterly Report.

What reasonably run ASX Co will allow their Cash Reserves drop below 4 Quarters. Remembering this calculation does not allow for any exploration & evaluation costs from investing activities. Not many I would say.

EVR need to complete a Capital Raise shortly. There is no other solution. This will be a killer for current holders.

Sorry mate but we can calculate the MC & EV of EVR anyway we like but it's just about to get worse. We are bleeding cash without even exploring and apparently we don't have any price sensitive news coming to help us.

I have a decent holding in EVR and I don't enjoy rubbing salt into my own wounds. It's not pleasurable. Haha.

I am also being very critical of my own judgement in buying back into EVR after I already had a great run at the end of 2021/start of 2022.
