    This is not the main game with NEX and probably (without knowledge of the legal advice they received) should have been avoided as "interesting" but with a questionable likelihood of success. MCT will likely suffer when costs are awarded.

    The impasse with NEX needs to be resolved - all MCT can do is push on to get a resolution.
