Come on mate, if you think there's anyone at all that can tell you what the price of a stock is going to be at any given time what makes you think they would be on HC and on the NVX page no less.
What's the low, who knows? You've no doubt seen posts on here spouting "no fundamentals, sub $1" etc. It doesn't take an expert to predict the price will go down when about 90% of stocks are going the same direction.
Do your own research but any idiot can see this company has bundles of fundamentals.
Macro environment still not looking good so who knows when the market is going to swing.
Buy in now or take your chances and wait until it gets to "sub $1" either way if you're concerned about possibly waiting 2 years to get you money back maybe you're in the wrong game. Try a term deposit with the bank.
