It will be interesting to see how much the cost of acquiring the most recent acreage actually "cost", might get some small visability in the quarterly (noting it will be mixed in with other invest cashflows). If acquiring from landowners im not sure there is that much upfront. If trying to acquire from a few other PE firms then the cost might be significant. I'm still supportive of a buyback if it wont impede drill plans, not necessarily to boost current SP but more because if people are valuing the company at higher values (lets say for arguments sake 2x current SP), then there is value. Might be a nice time to announce as i wouldnt be surprised for this to hit 1c over the christmas break (due to lack of liquidity in markets)
