After reading your post, I did think I magicked it into my brain, but alas, a quick check of the announcements and here tis on the 28 Nov 2008. Not an official 3mmscfd...however it seams as though the thought the free flows experienced matched the well modelling.
Perm of 1-10mD is pretty ordinary, hence the need for the higher cost lateral drilling and susbsequently moderate flow rates. It is still perm though and they still flow.
When you hear Pure describe their Walloons as having excellent perm they are probably talking in the 250mD-1D range.
