You are probably right about there being a bounce. However I doubt it would be sustained rather something orchestrated for a select few to exit their positions with the share price crashing back down. It is trade for experienced traders that know what they are doing.

It kinda reminds of CNP when they announced their debt issues the price crashed and had some wild bounces and falls and never recovered.
