May I simply suggest that your suggestion that"10cents was on the card" was not based on technical analysis, given that it did not reach lower than 12 cents.
I make such comment given that the chart does shows that 10cents was a clear support and resistance line (blue parallel line) and as is observable indeed it did move ahead from soon thereafter.
Charts are not terribly difficult to develop and do allow one an insight into potential plays.
