We have news for your, until all the investigations are wrapped up the prospect of Trump being indicted is very real. I will go as far as to say Trump will without a doubt be indicted.
We know that the Jan 6th committee will be issuing criminal referrals to DoJ and you can bet that Trump is the main target, Jan 6th committee will also hand over all the evidence and testimony they have gathered.
Also consider that DoJ have handed the investigation to a special counsel, they would not do so unless they are serious about pressing indictments
