re: Ann: Clarification of ASX Release on JORC... Generally land owners have title down to around 30m depth, thereafter the land belongs to the crown, I'm not sure about mineral rights for the top 30m but many landowners would probably be happy to receive a royalty provided that land is restored to productive state.
