The information as presented here was market sensitive, and has provided guidance to everyone that read the post and the posts following on from that original post.

The sp has risen around 10% since the post and whilst i am not crediting the post with a price rise we need to be very careful about what is said in a telelphone conversation, especially if you havent advised the other person that you intend to broadcast the information on an internet forum. However i could care less about that.

What i am concerned about is the release of material information to the market without a company announcement. Apart from we small group on HC, the rest of the market has not been informed.

Which is why i am alarmed and astounded that a coy Director would speak so freely, and give csher the impression that the ann would be positive.

This information can have profound effects on the way people trade, and i hope its correct.

The email was sent to his office just about 2 hours ago, if we dont have a response soon i will email the other exec myself, and also contact the ASX. they will get to the bottom of this quite quickly i presume.

I am concerned that we dont have a response, the reason we are using e mail, is so we can verify what has been said in writing.
