Im not expecting much from the MOU.
its non exclusive and non binding so no real need for Petro to do anything quickly.
Not sure who else is a threat to takeover the project.
Not saying they wont invest early but think it will be after next round of drilling and pilot well results that they pull the trigger.
Would be interesting at what stage they start planning, designing and costing the pipeline?
if everyone's confident of first gas late next year or early the year after and they have access to all the data can't help think 2023 going to be massive
