I follow the facts and listen to what the legal experts are saying, I'm yet to see a legal expert say that Trump will not be indicted. If you know of one post and let us see.
Indeed a while back it was a question "Will Trump be indicted ?" not any more, the questions now are "when will Trump be indicted ? and Which indictment will come first ? "
Seems to be a consensus that the Mar-A Largo documents will be the First, if not before the year is out then early in the new year.
I'll go on the record that DA in Georgia and DoJ will indict Trump next year for his efforts trying to overturn the 2020 election
