The reason it will soar is
1 It will no longer be a huge resource sitting in the ground.
2 The moly price is only going to go up because of extra demand from China,and the rest of the world once the recovery is well under way.
3 Dilution was always on the agenda,if you wanted to get this mine up and running in quick time.
4 MOL is not just about molybdenum, its also copper silver and iron ore all rolled into one mine.
5 Do the sums they plan a 10mt mine to start with expanding to 20mt in year 7 even on the start up mine the conservative S/P will be $5-60 and that's on today's prices of moly. Should moly rise to its high of $30lb you can double that S/P and its not out of the question that by the time its in production that's where the moly price will be if not even higher.
