This is 4DS. A little walk down the memory lane of destroying the stock is nothing for them. 70% losses are barely enough to bat an eye lid for hardened 4DS investors now.

But yes it would destroy it. Unless they get this SP up massively post the next PL prior to next CR, dilution will be significant and total number of shares on issue increase substantially.

At what point do they consolidate? 2b share on issue? Who knows but I don't think the chances are 0 especially if SP is back lower than 2.5c if next PL fails. Dunno maybe i'm just too jaded after getting my a$$ handed to me by 4DS over and over.
