Whilst I agree nothing can be certain, I do believe that to be successful as a trader or as an investor one must be able to form a strong view when things are unclear and uncertain.

As such imho you can expect most posters, in their endeavours to be successful, to rightly or wrongly have taken a view at this time. Getting it right 100% of the time is not important unless you are betting a large % of your funds on that view. Otherwise being right even 60% of the time might produce a great overall result.

In this case my own view is formed largely on the basis of my perception of the past form of the participants, the likely motivations of the participants, and a number of possible types of thing that might have been proposed.
