Not sure what to make of it. If we sign up contractors it seems to point towards TO rather than divestment, no?
Also I believe FID is Q1 2023 so not much time if they what divestment following the milestones. The most positive of the announcement to me is the attention to Phase 2. If we can have that categorised 2P we are in for an even bigger joy ride.
New licenses may just be for a HHR past life adventure where Chris se an opportunity to capitalize on the current project outcome.
