If they colluded and planned the whole thing where's the logic in China protecting it's own people with a real vaccine while the US commits genocide on theirs with bio weapons disguised as vaccine?
More likely China allowed the US to supply the funding and expertise before releasing the virus knowing, because the US was complicit, it was likely to deny being any part of it. In the meantime the WEF plants were activated, into the chaos, to impose global control to the terrified but very compliant citizens.
