Shake out before the break out. Better to get rid of these non believers now as they would be the first ones to sell once share price is up 20%+.
Hopefully whoever is buying up the shares has some sticky fingers and plans to hold for awhile.
It doesn't really matter how many shares are on issue, what matters is how many are in circulation.
